Our agency has been serving the Austin community since 1978 and has grown to a team of 25. With decades of experience and a large, established team, we’re proud of the environment we’ve built and the long-standing relationships we’ve developed with the customers and communities we serve.
Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our team stays active throughout Austin through local events, including UT sporting events and concerts. Twice a year, we also participate in Quotes for Good, partnering with local organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Foster Angels to give back and support causes that make a difference in our community.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ted H Heaton III - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ted H Heaton III - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
